Imagine my confusion wondering what in the heck was going on in this state today that would be of interest in Pennsylvania.

Well, damn, Kansas shut down the community access filming.

My son has been recording bands all day so that people who couldn't make it to the street festival could enjoy the music. Kansas is the only band in 7 years to shut down the activities of the community access channel.
