I already have a profile under the name redlotus.....and for some reason I am unable to login under that username...I have tried setting up new accounts but cannot get in...HELP!

I'm having the same problem with my account Daddy4girl14609 I've received emails about new messages and I have searched my account, it appears to still be present but I can't login. I don't know how to contact support.

I can't log in to any of my accounts on the personals side (yes, I have more than one account). Probably more site work, and my best guess is to be patient and wait for them to have it up and running again.

I've tried writing several times to support no response, and as you saw on my last posting all i got was a telling off from other users for harranging them to get a response.

Too bad harassing CollarMe Support doesn't work or we would all at least have some hope of getting some assistance from them. At least it is a little bit comforting to know that I am certainly not alone in not being able to get into my CollarMe Profile . I really think that someone has HIJACKED it & STOLEN my photograph ! Any chance of assistance, CollarMe Support....? Pretty Please ?

As a Follow-Up, I can personally attest to the fact that CollarMe Support DOES exist and they do resolve problems ! Persistence & Patience are extremely valuable in having success on issues relating to CollarMe Support; as they are few and extremely busy . Keep the Faith and Never give up !!

Restoring an account can be difficult here. The reason isn't all that complicated: Many people won't use there main e-mail account for this site. That means that you need to remember the login information for the e-mail account you originally set it up with. Add in few admins and recent server troubles (at least as far I can deduce from the post about video chat working again) and you are looking at a rather slow process. Think about it this way: you are an admin and Termyn8tor says, "Hey! I can't log into my account named MalcolmNathaniel. Some help please!" Well, he and I are not the same people. You can tell because I am waaaaaaaay better looking than him. But the admin doesn't know whether he and I aren't the same person. Maybe the account was originally formed under a Geocities e-mail address. There is a crap load of information for the admins to sift through. If Termyna8tor is correct and they are volunteers using their spare time, the issues may take a while to settle. Would you rather be offline for a while, or would you rather that someone else is posting as you, using your nick, your reputation and your photos while sending Nigerian e-mail scams to everyone?

some people just don't think shit through mn, that's just the way of things. oh yeah, for whatever it's worth, we just logged in with the girls' account and had no fuckin problem, so try again, it might be resolved.

So you decided to use me for your hypothetical example. I don't know how to take that because it really has never happened before. I don't know if maybe I should be flattered or something, or what. But yes, as far as I know they are not paid. But really, what is my profile worth ? I mean the only thing it is, is that I am labelled insane and it's known that I have been around for a long time. What else ? There used to be a bunch of personal info in there but I got rid of it because as far as I am concerned someone can contact me and find out via correspondence. Of course I do intend to add a little, but the old one was just too much. As such, if I were gone tomorrow, I could just come back and just say who I was before. And if not people would probably figure it out anyway ! Really. But it's nice to have the longevity. Just for the hell of it. So people lament the loss of these profiles that WHAT ? Had irreplaceable text and pictures in them ? Their kids got killed while they were filling out their preferences and it has fucking sentimental value or something ? I'm not saying that it means nothing, but come on, keep it in perspective. If that's all people have to worry about in life, I want their job. T^T

OK, for those that wrote into Support in the beginning and still have not had any response on fixing password issues related to the upgrade; please click Support at the bottom of the page on the other side and submit again. We are human and it is quite possible that some were missed that wrote in, because of the amount that were taken care of. Please write again and tell us the problem you are having the nick with, and we will get it resolved for you. Secured and odioustoad can attest to that; it should not take as long as it did, my personal apologies to anyone that might have been missed. Please write again and we will take care of it.
