I have talked with allot who have the same feelings. I also know those who love being tied up can go into a form of subspace just being tied up. I have talked with one young lady who is manic depressant and love bondage because it helps them to feel better afterwards. I know you are asking the subs and slave side of it but as for me it allows me to focus better and go into this Zen mentally.

In addition to freedom, many feel comfort and a feeling of protection from being bound. I hear that mostly after the girl is released(either gagged or not)......any other experiences, from top/bottoms? .

The moment of surrender when the submissive realizes that the ropes will hold, touches me in ways that words will not adequately describe. Squirming only sets the knots tighter; struggle only pulls the ropes tauter. I love to watch the squirming. Tight rope without struggle is nearly pointless, at least in my world view. I have always been lead to believe that there is indeed freedom in bondage of this type. LdyS

Well said, bondage is a great tool, for both parties. As I said prior, I like the responses that a new one has when REALLY BOUND, so sweet........so much pleasure FOR BOTH!!! Those with experience just move it to a higher plateau, and allow the girl to soar!!!!

physical bondage is empowering to my Master and enslaving to me, but the emotional, mental and spiritual bondage in connection to the physical bondage adds a depth to the TPE dynamics that hightens the power, knowledge, and control my Master has over me. I read a poem years ago, it inspired me to write this, it is my adaptition of way I think in addition to what I read. The BOUND PROPERTY awakens one morning to find "itself" bound from head to toes. Like true property "it" accepts "it" fate; "it" never questions the fact that "it" is bound while others are free. "it's" limitations have been imposed by THE MASTER THAT OWNS "it" FOR ETERNITY.Not even trying to understand,. "it" is bound; that is a fact of 'it's" existence, and "it" must confront the new situation as "it" has no other options but to do so.. "it" adapts. 'it" makes "itself" a free property by working within the restrictions of "it's" bounds. 'it" gains 'it's maximum freedom. whenever 'it" finds "itself" in harmony with bondage, which, rather than limiting "it", affords "it" a kind of liberty which "it" has never before enjoyed.” "it" found that "it's" adjustment was easy. With deep soul searching, "it" soon discovered that "it" has always been bound since birth. Never cognizant that one day "it" would would be totally bound and set free forever!!!! BOUND AND FREE

It lets me let go of everything. And it also makes me do whatever my Dom wants me to do. I like giving away that sort of power. Plus, being bound is liked being hugged all over by someone who cares deeply for you. What's better than that?
