I never really care who is "real" or not in some online site. I do look at random pictures from time to time however. Today there was a cute picture under my new local users tab so I looked. Cute of course but there was a date stamp that say 2006 on the picture. Again who cares except it was a semi-nude and profile age said 20. So doing the math from the stated age and the picture date made me close everything. Now I have no idea if it's a real person or not. I have no idea if the stated if their correct age or not. I do know that given today's laws that it made me not feel good at all about even having those images in my browser cache. Thoughts?

Most likely it's a scammer. Delete. Move on. If you're worried about your cache...empty your cache.

The problem stems from CM not closing past user names. If an eighteen year old signs on today and happens to pick a user name that someone had four years ago, the prior user date shows. Not a policy that I'm in favor of, but I don't know how to fix it.

Well, ages don't get updated automatically here. I would think the site owners are responsible for content. Your intent is to be on a 18+ site.
