The best location for a dungeon I have ever heard of is as follows. Note, it is expensive, usually costing about $150k. The main expense is a boat - if you already have one, it is a lot cheaper. Light house (around 30k) that is off shore (on a small island next to land) plus boat to get to light house ($100k) + upkeep on boat Light houses offer privacy and allow for loud noise. They tend to have a lot of room. As they are old, you can usually find a room with that nice rock wall. They come with towers, of course. If you like outdoor play, they usually have a small ground area as part of the lighthouse. But if you have about $150k or so, it is ideal. P.S. The Coast Guard usually requires the right to inspect the property to maintain the light house radio/fog horn equipment. They rarely use this right, but keep this in mind when playing. A nice video agreement goes along way to keeping you out of jail. And I might introduce yourself to the local Coast Guard Captain before you start playing so they know you are the legal owners.
