You got two responses.

I actually agree with Wilbe, the megaphone bitch has got to go. But with the rest of it are you trying to make people go postal or kill themselves ? Personally I advocate violence, BIGTIME. Every one of those cops belong dead for not upholding the law. We all know it. And like I said this is not the first time this has happened. It happened right here in Cleveland some time back, and there was no trespass issue. The people had a building and just fed people, that's it. The assholes used the health department against them. I am not quite sure how but I don't really care.

It is commerce. If KFC had showed up there with 100 buckets of chicken, or McD's with thousands of big macs it would be just fine. We all know that. But it's not a matter of where really, or what is given, it is a matter of who is giving. The people who gave are obviously not too happy with the government as evidenced by all the cameras around. And those people had money, did you have a look at the cameras ? Those are professional cameras, probably beta-d. Do you have any idea what they cost ?

The government saw a threat, and it wasn't about what was given or where it was given, it was who was doing the giving. You should know that and know that most people will not grasp that. But you had a chance.

Why are more people interested in this serial killer's trial in Cleveland than that ? Why would they rather enjoy their video game ? Do you understand what you're up against here ?

And what's more you have compounded the problem with you incessant desire to teach people old archaic law which has no bearing in reality to the point where they think you are a tin hatter. Some assholes even call me one. Let them, but my credibility is not in jeopardy. That is what I have tried to tell you.

My presence in this thread might get people to watch, but you have poisoned your abilities with this quoting from all this Black's, UCC and all this shit. I have tried to tell you for a long time. They are not ready for it.

Now when these illegal feeders go to court, what do you recommend ? Some shit from the Code of Hamurabi ? Fuck no, just get a jury. If a jury convicts, move. It is that simple. The tenets of law do bind in the way that different communities cannot be different. In that they can set their own standards. Now maybe these folk around that obviously affluent community don't want to be bothered with the poor hanging around in their park.

Believe it or not, that is their perogative. What do you know about gated communities ? You think White flight is a joke ? People with real money live in communities in which none of us, unless approved, could even go fix their goddamn venetian blinds.(I am not kidding, Brooklyn Ohio) I find it unlikely in the Orlando area, but in Longwood or Maitland, I wouldn't be surprised at all. And that venue did not look like the inner city in Orlando.

If I had to pick a favorite song.................

Look it up and see what year it came out. That is how long I have been living under this stress. And when I see someone shoot themself in the foot who does have the ability to convince people, but alienates them instead, what do you think I think ?

Assholes still start this tinfoil shit with me, but people can see. And they all can see them, and they can see me.

Some will learn and think of something to do, to break the old rule. Those who like it just the way that it is, may just be the fool.

I know we are running out of time, but there is no fucking way in hell to rush it. They will NOT understand until they are ready.

Patience.

Answer me this, why is this so important ? It's not where or what feeds them. That has been proven.

It is who is feeding them. Those who feed you have power over your view. It is control. And those cops are likely to be quite uneducated in that, but I wouldn't bet on it. I have alot of personal evidence to the contrary from my own experiments. It's like training an assembly line worker at Ford to put nut A into bolt B. That does not teach him to build an automobile.

They just go about their jobs, oblivious to what the engineers contemplate upstairs in the offices.

Choose your target wisely.

Status: offline 		I HOPE you didn't just figure this out. Dependence breeds loyalty, it has been a fact for a long time. So the gov takes enough to make people unable to fend for themselves, and then they must reach out willy nilly* to any outstretched hand of orts. To any benevolence no matter how relative it is to their former mistreatment.

It boils down to a tamed down version of the application of the Stockholm Syndrome. I have used the technique myself when psychologically conditioning someone, or more aptly put, unconditioning them. The latter is more true because their life improved and their income sometimes quadrupled. Ahh the good old days when there was still a shadow of opportunity here.

I am currently remodeling a kitchen, which while rewarding is not my forte'. I was one of the best in my field, I taught the teachers. But now I run walls, wires and pipes at the moment. Actually I like it even though the pay is nowhere near what I'm used to. I like to build.

I have been homeless. I admit it is because of my own assholishness, but I have friends and I could always cop a meal and a shower every couple of days. Know why ? People had extra. I went to the grocery today and there is a guy wanting money for veterans. I know how badly they get fucked and really in the old days I would've been happy to lay at least a twenty on the dude. But it's that or the bills now. Even food, it's so goddamnned expensive I can't afford to feed a bunch of people. A scant ten years ago I might have had a cookout - filet mignons, baked potato, veggies and a NICE salad. I invited people, and if they brought someone I didn't care. Even back then each one of them got about a forty buck meal. But I simply didn't care. Even five years ago, REAL clubs for five people, like fifty bucks for fucking sandwiches. I didn't care.

That's not how it is today. Charity begins at home, and if home can't spare it, too bad. About three weeks ago I turned a buddy on to a nice Tbone dinner, spud, salad, the works. Well next weekend I am going to invite myself over there for a rib cookout. (my ribs) Know why ? He has a gas grill. As much as I like the taste of charcoal, I would rather not buy it. Not a bad trade eh ? I'll mostly make the sides and shit here, but I won't be out the money for the charcoal. I never bought a gas grill because I like the charcoal too much, but the gas will do for now. And this dude is OK, he always brings one to burn almost, and except for trying to kill me once he has been cool for a very long time. Actually I am not crazy about ribs, but it has been a while.

But if others show up, too bad. I don't like living like this. I like to share. I like to spread it around and I expect nothing. And with my crowd, they will pick on me just the same even if I pay for everything. I have taken whole families out to decent restaurants to the tune of like $300 and I got no respect out of that. I taught them NOT to respect money. And now that I don't have money, they don't disrespect me.

So you see food can be a tool in a way. In fact a very powerful tool. I have not used it as such, but I could.

That is what "they" are afraid of.

* how many guesses do you want as to where that came from ?

my understanding is that it was a public park in a wealthy neighborhood, that is unconfirmed as an "absolute" fact however.

Whereever they were there was an ordinance against feeding large groups. The cops were just enforcing the law they swore to uphold. Dont like it? Run for the city council and get it changed.

I understand the role of rebellion to further a cause. I understand that a certain faction of activists need to circumvent the law to draw attention to their cause. And if their cause, as a group, is government deregulation regarding the use of the park, I can see the point. But if their cause, as a group, is to feed the homeless, well.........why didn't they just get a permit?

Because sometimes a permit is needed to have a giant picnic in a public place.

Obviously, a gathering to feed people who need food is a good thing. But just because it's a good idea doesn't mean they don't need to follow the same laws that everyone else has to.

What if 4 different organizations chose to hold a "giant picnic" at the same location on the same day? Who is right? Who deserves to be there? Who gets to use the electrical set up? Who gets to use the bandstand, or the gazebo, or the stage, or whatever other features there may be available?

Do we really not see that sometimes organization is a little bit necessary?

if they were really worried about about scheduling they would have a board that peole could sign up for FREE

It is public property. Who is the public ?

Bum : You mean where they will feed me and clothe me and give me a roof over my head ?

I heard that in the old days Mexico figured out how to beat that. They stopped putting rooves on the jails. That means when the sun beats down.... well....and then when it rains, I guess that's when you get a shower. It did wonders to raise the true crime rate, rather than them just busting a bunch of vagrants. They really did put people back to work. Kidnapping, drug running and all that. Pretty good social engineering huh ! Much better than the US. I know people who purposely do something to go to jail when they get sick or hurt. Hell, I know Cuyahoga County is overcooled. I mean it is too cold, ask anyone who's ever been there. In this heat, well, it costs a dollar an hour to run my AC so, maybe I should just get some whiskey, maybe a gallon this time and just go nuts. Hell then maybe I can get a check.

See that's the way you do it, get your money for nothing and your chicks for free. Heavy fuel does it every time.
