Aileen pretty much nailed it but there are so many potentials for mind fucks and just fucked up stuff in general, regardless of whether it is hot or a huge limit. It is so forbidden and people's reaction so strong even hinting about certain things can get a huge reaction. Stand there and just watch, or even tell them to stop when they finish and wipe them clean, smell the tissue, its great for humiliation, use your hand and make her lick it clean, the potential is just unlimited. Hell, don't let her wipe, tell her you later over lunch you can smell her and wonder aloud if the waitress can do. Wait till she REALLY has to go and then stand there and fuck her mouth and every time she starts to let go, shove it in deeper and make her gag and often that will cause her to stop peeing...and the cycle continues.
Its a good thing I don't enjoy any of that sort of sick shit because that is all gross as fuck!
