As the guy said, there is no necessary correlation between dominance and sadism, just as there is none between submission and masochism. Dominance is essentially about enjoying a position of power and control over another person; what you actually choose to do with that power and control is another issue entirely. Some will indeed want to hurt you; some will want to tickle you with feather dusters! And
some will just want you to make a really good cup of tea! Preferably served naked, on your knees.......oops; just slipped in a quick fantasy there..........
