Not Boston, Mass, at least if your name is "Aunt Zetuni." You not only don't get deported after ordered so by a judge you get right in front of the line for public housing in front of everyone else!

Spin much?:

she described living in a homeless shelter for two years in Boston while waiting for her public housing apartment.

Onyango was an asylum seeker when she applied for public housing in 2002.[1][6] She moved into the apartment, run by Massachusetts authorities, after back surgery made walking difficult.[6] A BHA official said that the agency was never notified of a deportation order that had been issued[19] (A 1977 federal consent decree, resulting from a class action lawsuit in Waltham, prohibits state officials from denying public housing to illegal immigrants).[6][20]

To toss 100 vouchers out to a crowd of 5,000 people is reckless and cruel.

The video said they were expecting 15,000 over the course of the day.

"When Dallas County in Texas announced that it would be taking applications for federally-subsidized rental assistance vouchers on Thursday, officials never anticipated that a crowd of 5000 people would show up as early as 10 pm the previous night....."

Local officials are pointing fingers at each other over who is (more) to blame. To me, the bigger picture is the saddest. That many people NEED rental vouchers THAT badly and a few are made available for them to stampede over? God help us.........luci

We need more jobs, Luci, and we are likely to not get them.  Hey...is Rock City still open?  If not, what is it now???  LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL What about Check Mate?  I left there are couple of times with my eyes watering.

Wow, Check Mate. We were just by there yesterday as we ate lunch and hung out in Argenta. Or, as Master said He always called it "The Select-A-Mate." That place had a wild history apparently. I'm frankly not sure if it's still open but I don't think it is. It must have been something. He is a musician and used to play around town. I think He misses those old days
