Hey all! I am new to collar me, and bdsm. I have been interested in bdsm for a few years now but have been nervous about trying to get involved. I am not quite sure what to say or how to act. I would really appreciate any guidance you can give me. Thank you so much.

Hi there!

BDSM is nothing more than relationships, with kink added in. Focus on the relationships and you'll be okay. For example, don't connect with someone with forty years of amazing experience if you can't stand being with him.

I'd advise getting to a local group. Meet lots of people (and you will be surprised how normal they look and act), and start getting comfortable with it all.

Welcome to CM and the boards. What Steven and Peppermint said is great advice. Know that your inbox will be filled since you're on the "new user list" for about 2 months. Trust your gut, don't get into a frenzy and be careful. Plenty of predators who like nothing more than to take advantage of someone new. Good guys too, but they're mostly in the minority on the other side. Good luck and have fun.
