Good luck. I hope you have better luck than I have so far. I've been locked out of my account since 7/05..I tried resetting my password but it won't send an e-mail to my e-mail box. Yesterday I received a response from support to try requesting it with Internet Explorer, which I did but I still did not receive an e-mail. At this point it's a waste of my time and I want it closed permanently...I have asked for instructions as I cannot log-in to delete my profile. I will not be returning to this site.

Thanks Heather, it was seriously starting to weird me out. Should I keep emergency supplies of battery acid just in case you aren't around?
