That title isn't even meant to be snarky.

I ran across this youtube clip of a man who is otherwise fit and toned but has a giant stomach that literally looks 9 months pregnant. It almost looks like a tumor because it's actually smooth like a pregnant woman's stomach, not like a normal fat stomach.

His channel is about him trying to grow his beer gut even bigger. I'm seriously curious - is this a fetish? I know there are feeding fetishes, BBW fetishes, etc. But this one I haven't heard of at all.

Anyone come across this before?

I was very fit when I was in Mexico during the 70s. I was popular with the girls but I noticed some also liked macho guys with big beer bellies. I asked why. They said they it looked virile and felt good pushing on them or crushing them during sex. This was small select group so I wouldn’t count it as a stereotype. However, maybe those owners of those beer bellies and the one your video feel the same?

I'm curious about his motivation. I'm working hard on not having a trace of a beer gut, mainly because I don't wan to look anything like the men I mock, so I have a hard time understanding why he would do it to himself.

Unless I'm very mistaken, it wouldn't be attractive to anyone, of any sexual orientation, so it seems like nothing more than a weird kind of self mutilation.

Doesn't he want to see his own penis?

The man I used to be with has a massive beer belly, while still being very fit, strong and in shape other wise, and I have to say that, yes it was attractive to me.
I wouldn't say it goes as far as being a real fetish for me, because it isn't the only body type I'm attracted to in men, but the gay community's "bear" type guy is something I find attractive in men, even though I'm female.

As far as the guy in the video the OP posted goes, I don't find him attractive at all, because aside from the massive belly, he's way too skinny for me. Especially in comparison with his gut, he would need much much bigger arms and legs, with the bulk of the extra size being muscle not fat, in order to fall in the type group that attracts me.

I'm not really sure why I'm attracted to men like this, other than the fact that the sheer weight or a man like that, combined with higher than normal fitness and strength levels is something that makes me feel like a rag doll when I'm with them, and that in and off itself is a huge turn on.
Aside from my more atypical attraction to "bears" I also really swoon over a more typical bodybuilder type guy, though I don't like them at all when they are "dry" and have hardly any fat percentages left. A man needs some fat on top of a thick layer of muscle to be considered attractive to me.

If the guy is just big all over, but muscular, and strong, I don't mind a belly if it's not flabby. John is 60, so he has a belly, but he is also a big Italian guy with muscular arms, he golfs 5 days a week, so he's in really good shape, nice legs, so I don't mind it, it's kind of hot. It isn't a "beer" belly though, if some guy just gets a big gut from being a beer drinker slacker, yeah, not so much. Oh and trust me, it isn't a "dicky do". At all. ;-) Yay.

I also like short rugged guys with muscles and a flat belly. The only body type I don't really dig are super skinny.

Um, well, not personally, but trashy magazines are often interviewing them. Thanks, Foxling, I was going to refer to a series on one of the cable channels about folks who fetishized inanimate objects to the point of emotional attachment.

HOW would you just put bulk on your gut? Is that a guy thing? I mean, I am carrying a lot of extra avoirdupois, but my proportions are the same as when I was a thin person. You can't LOSE weight from a specific area, how could you gain it there?

I do dig bears, and I have a thing about being squished, so large men are fine, but I am not excited by the buddha belly as a feature.

Have you thought about hanging around the Bear community? One of the things about us bears is we so love a man with a belly, some like a man with a huge belly and others don't. Sir is stocky framed and has a belly though he isn't fat or obese. In my opinion, nothing is more comforting than being able to rest my head on his stomach after a good mauling.
