According to the podiatrist, damage rates soar from heels in women over the age of 30.

I could wear heels for hours in my twenties, these days that's long gone.

Heels just hurt, lol. I'll wear them for a short time, but I've got some bad ankle problems, so they come off as soon as I can get them off. I do love them, though, especially those cute styles that are popular now with rounded or peep-toe on little platforms. Cute cute cute!

I'm so glad the long pointy "pizza toes" are fading away, I never liked those. I let my niece talk me into buying a pair and I hated them. My dog chewed them up when she was a puppy, and I actually praised her, lol.

yeah my feet and back are killing me after wearing heels but i adore them. plus Master loves them on me. he just gets mad at me when we pass a shoe store lol...oohh...look at those shoes! <g>

I looooove my 5" stiletto pumps and strappy sandals. Then again I am a masochist, and bastinado is not a hard limit, either.

Luckily i am 5'10 and my legs have that natural shape heels give most women..  I can make do with 2-3 inchers but nowadays i am into flats for some reason = barefoot when i can get away with it lol.   Ironically its not my feet, its my knees that has hardships with heels.  My mom and i were cleaning out my closet the other weekend as we were remodeling and she found literally boxes and bags and such full of high heels from sandals to fuck mes to all kinds of boots -- some that had never even been worn. [8|] 

But i also found the 4 inch sandlals that are just beautiful and i used to wear all the time when i was in my 20's lol.  Yeah and i found the 7-10 inch long skirts i used to wear in my 20's also.   sighs, to be 25 again.

My mom asked me if i was going to give any of them away to goodwill and i was like hell no lol MOMM these are MY SHOES!! hello!   grins, i got the mom eyeroll. 

However, if most people think about all the "painful" stuff women do to themselves to be "beautiful"  the pain of wearing heels is not that great lol. 

Give me a gift certificate for shoes and i am a happy girl.  I can't wait until i am fully back in shape, i will be dragging out those heels again -- i will be damned if i go through the pain of getting back in shape and not be able to enjoy the purty things like shoes with heels again.

i have everything from the very practical joddy boots and wellies to the spikey 4" heel. i can't abide platforms as i like to feel the sole flex under my foot and i don't get how women can say they are wearing 6" heels......no dear the heel maybe 6" but the sole is 2" as well, so you are effectively wearing 4".

i can't run around in them all day like i used to be able to if they are much over 3" really and i have more pairs of shoes now than i ever have done. i'm not a shoe freak though and certainly won't buy designer, i'd want alot more leather for my money lol
