To demonstrate NPR (Left-leaning radio) also offers "sponsorship" packages (advertising), just as the networks that carry the shows the OP is all in a huff about do.


...no money goes directly to hosts.


Still waiting for your PROOF that said money "goes to the host" of the Right-leaning shows you're griping about.

Should we expect said PROOF anytime soon?!!

Public Television is the same... just the nature of the animal -- but both public TV and Radio have a devoted base.  I personally LOVE some of the cooking shows -- and especially LOVE the rebroadcasts of the old Julia Childs shows.

Oh I am sure.   I was in the 90s myself.    These days I stick to music.    I prefer a text copy of any news or info.  I will watch some things on TV- mostly sit coms...  tho even that can get stale.

Who taught you to read? I didn't say the organizations had to be named as sponsors. Quoting and underlinging something I wrote that doesn't support your claim doesn't change a thing.
