Hello everyone.
I am very nervous about introducing myself because I'm afraid I'll say the wrong thing... I've been curious about my submissive side for sometime. I have explored the online community anonymously but I have no real experience to go from or anyone to go to for advice. Not that I even know what to ask ... :-/ Where do I start?

You have several options open to you:

You can read the forum posts here and learn from them.
You can go to www.literotica.com and read the stories and see what turns you on.
You can attend a local munch and meet real live people.

Welcome to the boards. The advice given to you is excellent. Reading newer and older posts, using the search feature top right hand corner, the book list RS advised you check out. And of course finding a munch in your area as Steven suggested so that you get to meet people who live this everyday. It's an informal even, so there's no pressure.
