I need some ideas on how to make a tack panty insert that won't slip out of my panties as I sleep.. Any ideas?

glue in a SOFT leather or sew,inro bottom of panties.. deerskin would be great... push your tacks in and glue as well...or look in craft depts and find tacks you clamp together... sleep in bliss...

Tacks pushed through a soft piece of leather. Then used double sided tape to tape the leather panel with the tacks into you panties. Similar to a panty liner and can be removed and washed.

Another option is to just buy a pre-made leather insert with tacks http://www.bdsm-gear.com/needlepantiesinsert.html

I'm sure there's a joke in there somewhere about putting paisley and stripes together... (Seriously - make sure you clean stuff... last thing you need is an infection...)

Works better if you put a bottom of leather under the leather and glue the 2 pieces of leather together, then use the double sided tape to have it in the panties... It helps with stability and so the tacks won't move all that much. Additionally I would recommend checking the material of the tacks and possibly allergies to non precious metals, while it's not much of an issue with a spiked glove, when it's used as an insert that is close to your skin (or even penetrates it) for a longer period of time, it will be an issue.

LC brings up a good point on hygiene. An ideal metal would be stainless steel as this will not rust. The 300 series stainless steel is Hypoallergenic and best to use. The 400 series stainless steel is not Hypoallergenic and can rust because is ferritic (contains iron).
