Wow!! The thought of giving up caffeine is a tiny bit scary, but I did think about it yesterday after they took my first blood pressure. After not having caffeine for 24 hours, it was quite normal. I'm running out of Stok's & can't really afford to get more this month. The coffeepot only cost $9, so I won't feel badly if I never use it again.
The thing is, I'm Norwegian & Norwegian babies get coffee, so I've been on this stuff for like 6 decades. The only time I didn't drink coffee was when I worked graveyard. I am truly nocturnal, so staying up all night never required caffeine.
But you got me thinkin.....
