I would be sad, and surprised, if CI were to go away permanently. I imagine they brought back Goren and Eames, because they are the magical, money-making pair.

As for Law & Order LA, I've never watched more than a few minutes. I think Sam Waterston, and a few of his assistants, were the people who made Law & Order rock, and I doubt, the cute substitues will work. It's unfortunate for the people losing the show, but I didn't enjoy it. M
