Okay, I am a christian, actually a back sliding catholic, it has been at least 10 years since my last confession and 9 since I attended mass. HOWEVER, that being said, I do believe the bible when it says that no man will know the day of Christ's return or of judgement. So, for any human, man or woman, who claims to know the day of these events is a charlatan, a false prophet or delusional. Considering how much money the man made with his first prediction, I would classify him as a charlatan and con artist, therefore answerable to criminal charges. Now if he is a false prophet, well God will handle that in one way, shape or form. If he is delusional, then he needs professional help.

Sooo...since he milked his last group of supporters dry, does he need to find new ones? They haven't given factual amounts, only that of the millions he convinced people to donate to the cause, not all were used on the campaign. Nice way to make a living. I particularly like those who started taking money for services to be performed AFTER the rapture...nice. Humanity at it's finest. Martha Stewart spent cell time for far less....I say throw this guy in jail for being nothing but a con artist.

Lisa, that part really confuses me. I realize those people who donated last time may not have realized they were being scammed... as evidenced by his employees making plans to be at work on monday... But anyone who continues to donate is begging to be ripped off because his employees work plans have been all over the news.

It`s just human nature for some folks to get culty.It`s gonna happen.It`s been going on since we started rubbing sticks together and will never end,at least not until the real rapture. An old gf of mine and I would get real grossed out by this guys radio show as we searched the dial.He sounds like he`s talking in slow motion and sounds kinda creepy.My ex gf used to say he sounded like satan or the devil,etc. I think these guys grow an ego over time,especially the fundies.Those fuckers think every fuck`n thing in the world,including history,revolves around them and their fairy tales. These eschatologists are some of the most arrogent self-centered selfish folks around.
