Shouldn't your title reflect that it is unsubstantiated town gossip? That is what it is... some neighbor who said "I know someone who..". It isn't sourced at all! An unnamed source is someone who has firsthand knowledge of something, it isn't "I heard this on the street when I was walking my dog..."[8|]

 I think we have a pretty good idea that while the steroids fucked with his heart they didn't screw up his testicles. 

I don't really have any interest in celebrity gossip so why should I care?
