I've had to turn down quite a few offers of bondage over the last month or two because of severe money problems (imagine living on breakfast cereal and beans on toast IF we're lucky!) and I haven't been tied up for ages.
So last night I tied my ankles together and tried to sleep like that. I've never been able to sleep whilst in any degree of bondage before but surprisingly last night I managed it. And my ankles were tied in my dream, too.

In my dream I found a knife and tried to cyt myself loose but even though I had a very sharp blade and the rope was cut until only a thin strand remained I couldn't cut the last bit. Naturally this was because my ankles were tied for real. My first time sleeping in bondage, my first dream of being tied the way I was in real life. Cool!

Has anyone else had any similar dreams while sleeping in bondage?

I regularly have my sub sleep bound with rope or black duct tape across her ankles and thighs, and with her wrists behind her back.

I've slept in bondage quite often but I rarely if ever dream or remember my dreams so I have no clue..

Pardon the partial hijack as this has nothing to do with dreaming but it's something I've never fully gotten my head around. That'd be how well subs have slept with me while their hands were bound behind. Obviously there's some physical stiffness when released next morning but mentally they're mostly quite refreshed and frisky with it etc.

I get there's a closeness involved as I don't just bind her and leave her to her own side of the bed to sleep as best she can. My method is to sleep on my back with an arm around her and she sleeps at my side, facing toward me and using my chest/shoulder as a pillow. If I don't tie her legs then she's required to also throw a leg over mine to help keep her locked to me - like she's humping my thigh (as a pet might... lol).

I'm also surprised at how well I generally sleep like this, too. It's a safety thing, too, that having her head on my chest means I'm aware of her breathing and esp if she develops difficulties. As much as I love and prefer rope bondage, for sleeping I only ever employ leather cuffs and a simple dog clip - again it's about safety in that I don't wanna be groping in the dark with knots or looking for keys if she gets in trouble with cramps or something.

Overall, I think it's like most things D/s; that it works better as a mutual dynamic where you feed off each other's energy.

What am I missing?  Im not sure what bondage has to do with little money, and why one would have to turn chances down because of this.  Please explain.

The OP is married and cheating on his wife so paying for transportation or hotel rooms costs more than he can afford.

I read your profile and while I have noproblem with M2Fs or F2Ms, I just wanted to comment on your post that all Dommes on CM are out for your money.

I'm a female Dominant, and I have my own money.  I worked many hard years for it in the business world that has nothing to do with your sweeping judgemental statement of one time poster on CM.  Thank you, and perhaps ypu may be more comfy elswhere.  Give it a thought, why dontcha.

On a totally fair P.O.V. I will have to assume the role of "Devil's advocate" here, and back simplybondage. Why? Well, basically, because I've had the same kind of experience, on a different site though... I've had a long series of open kink offers, that, after a brief message exchange, turned out to be a Pro-whatever's desperate act to get new clients, or any clients at all.
And, just because they're not here in the forums, it doesn't mean that, even as a minority, Pro-Dommes, or Pro-Doms, or even pro-subs, are not in CM. Just my little dime of thoughts.

Personally I prefer emergency clips found in the local equestrian supply. They have a hook like quality but one pull down on the safety catch and they are free. VERY difficult to self release due to the angles involved but not impossible in an issue where self release is necessary.
