My sister is a submissive and met her dom (soon to be husband) here and told me that I should try it out.

I'm not going to lie, I am very raw.  So raw in fact, I am still a virgin. 

At one point, I had resigned to remain that way until marriage as that was how I was brought up.

Looking at your profile it's clear that you're not entirely sure what you are. You have submissive urges, but also dominant urges. I would suggest that you make your way to your nearest munch and start to talk to people, and maybe check out the message boards on here and see if you can find the little corner of kinkdom that you can call your own [:)]
