Tough call.

My sub struggled into Pearl Harbor with the stern planes jammed 12 degrees dive. Drydock looked pretty damn nice.

A couple months later I took a cigarette break as Haddo silently passed 1000' below a Soviet torpedo, and task force, at well over fifty knots, on the way to kick the torpedo's owner out of the Sea of Japan. Most beautiful place I ever smoked a cig in my life, and Chief Shankland lit it. I don't think anyone here today can beat that.

Gritty, but that's my life.

So... pbm... Doubt?
