Oh, yes! Is bi-lateral mastectomy major surgery? Is a colostomy major surgery? i prefer to call them "EXTREME BODY MODIFICATIONS".

TPBM has eaten by candlelight recently.

Yes, I have a fondness for candy. That is why it's a forbidden item in my house.

More than one. They make good tit torture devices when at very low speed. Just be careful not to rip skin.
