Lol i win and belated blessed ostara all. Having to do interwebs on my phone is no fun and makes it so hard.

Chipmunk took her first long lasting steps today. Soon she will be up and running.

Sca new members meeting went good. Free food and getting asked for my household to play troll officers at our local event rocked now it's getting everything ready for the event.

Other than that i win.

How's everyone else in their corners of this room.

I get to get my geek on tomorrow night. My GM has finally started a new game up, after taking a couple of years off. We were having trouble finding players that meshed with the rest of us.

Beyond the Supernatural. It's a palladium system game. Think Buffy the Vampire Slayer world, sort of.

I'm still trying to create my character, so I'm not sure what I'm gonna be yet.

Any ideas?

Your character is a part time web designer and full time cook. You got a job on a boat, with a crew that turns out to be modern day pirates. While you make grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato soup, they're out destroying other ships ( mostly pleasure crafts like yachts ) killing the other ships' crews, and claiming salvage rights on the "abandoned" vessels. They also call you "Biscuits".

That's just what came to mind, you can add in any of the supernatural stuff where it fits.

That sounds awesome! Next time the GM dumps us on a boat for a campaign, I will definetely have to use it.

So far (since we start tonight, and I had to get somewhere with it last night), I have Pat, a securities specialist/free lance body guard..... and that's about it on character background. I have skills and attributes, and psychic skills figured out, but nothing to flesh it out really. I sort of based it (very loosely) on someone I met. So, she will probably be gay, and very butch. Was raised with a dad in law enforement, where she grew to hate that the police could only help after the crime happened. So she went into security to try to protect people before the bad things happen.

Wow, that's more than I thought I had.

Feel free to add to her story. I love playing a character rich with background. It makes it so much more fun. And, I love using those characters to fuck with people (in a nice way, of course

Your character could have a coffee fetish. She loves it all, in all forms. Her first taste was the sludge from the 1970's "harvest-orange" Coffee-Matic coffee-maker with the frazzeled and sparking cord. Now she has every style of at-home coffee device, camp-fire percolators, french-presses, espresso-makers, even a jar of instant coffee. She has secretly been searching thriftstores, yard-sales, and eBay in the hopes that she can find another coffee-maker just like her dad's old one, the 1970's "harvest-orange" Coffee-Matic.

Yeah, i just woke up. Guess what's on my mind?

Thought it might work since her dad was a cop.

Supplies were low (gone) on base, so i'm waking up with my funny shaped can of S.Korean family-company of PepsiCo Mountain Dew.
i'm still tired enough i can't taste the fake sugar they use here.
