Welcome to CM.

Scoot on over to the "Ask a Mistress" forum, there are many wise & wonderful women over there. Pick up "The Loving Dominant", it's a good book to start with.
Use the search feature here to read some of the archived threads. I'm sure others will chime in with other tips, but Imma gonna get some more

Welcome to a world of fun and wonder, you can do this easily by finding out what he is looking for. You need to know what sort of slave you have at hand to know how to comand him. So is he a slave needing punishment, humilation, is he a domestic slave. These are your first questions. Once you have the answers you can take the next step forward.
