He was NOT a harvard law professor. That is giving him, once again, way too much credit. Teaching a class parttime does not make you a professor or a tenured one. I ought to know. I'm tenured. I'm fulltime. Obama wasn't. He was politically connected and the other faculty knew it and resented it. As they should have. I would have too. Although he may be our greatest military leader, he is not much of a speaker without reading it off a teleprompter (I flunk students for reading their notes to the audience, as does any other good speech comm professor), nor is he really any great thinker. Having said that, the wacky left likes to make a connection between smarts and leadership ability. Sorry, no such evidence connecting the two exists. Well, except in the fertile (as in filled with manure) minds of Reverend Wright and Michael Moore and their ilk. Have a nice day!

Hence my statement about the information once he becomes a public figure. If I send out a resume I have to include copies of my transcripts. You have demonstrated that you lack any sort of communication ability. You certainly are not teaching to others, not even at some minor seat of learning such as Tallahassee Ju Co.

I recall reading teen magazines (decades ago) that questioned stars and such on their grades and test scores. What makes President Obama different? I did not realize that nurses never had to show proof of graduation from a nursing program. Not even to take their licensing test. That does not seem that safe to me.

Yes, we have to send in the information from the nursing program to the state board of nursing to take the NCLEX. Beyond that, proof of licensure and updated skills is all that is required to practice in any setting. Pretty much what Obama had to do with the bar. Harvard sent the information to the state, he takes the test, pass or fail.. and its done. After that, all he would need is his license. Btw, each state does verification of licensure for anyone who possesses a professional licsense within that state. No scores are given.

I do not even recall where I read the article or what the scores were. I just did a quick search and I am not finding his scores, so it may be they were not released and they were just going by grades or the article was comparing Gore and Bush.

I remember reading, or so I thought, that they were obtained by students, threats were given that the scores would be releases, but they backed down. After that, a few papers, Washintong Post, NY Times being two I remember, did publish the scores. How they obtained them I dont remember that being revealed.

I do not work in a field with a license procedure. So, the proof of graduation I have are transcripts.

For me, since I do hold a licensure, one that can be quickly checked by anyone having either my full name or my license number, it would be a big deal for me to have to release those. Its not warranted or needed.
