Is there any way to get CM from flooding my email box from people that just leave me msgs?

I would rather go online to CM and read them and not see my email box with tons of msgs listed on it.

I think you go to "Read Mail" and select "Mail Controls". In there you can deselect sending notifications of PMs to your email account.

Hope that helps.

Create a mailbox that you will dedicate only to CM, like "[email protected]" and give it as your email adress in your CM account

Why are so many writing to a guy with no picture?

Am I missing something?

I was getting an email every time a new user joined in my area, until I turned that feature off.

You can turn that off by clicking on Newest Local Users and then unclicking the notification box.

Going to mail controls and unchecking receive notifications is the correct answer.
