No, not the Woody Allen flick. I mean little-known, almost-always indie films that really grab you, and make your faves list. When I'm not sitting around thinking of things to say to piss people off, I watch a lot of stuff on Netflix. Right now I'm watching "Hot Tub Time Machine" with John Cusack, who also did "Being John Malkovich" and that flick where he owns a record shop. I'm just ROFL over this flick; it's really turning out way better than I expected. My favorite "Sleeper du Jour" is a flick called "Smiley Face". Wiki gives a good synopsis. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Smiley_Face_(film) I just could not stop laughing over this flick, because even though the Stoner stuff is cliched, Ana Faris does such an amazing job that had me in awe of her comedic talent. Some critics loved it; par for the course, the NY critics (w/ the exception of the dude from The Village Voice) were their typical snobby assholes. So what do you all recommend for really good under-the-radar stuff for invalids, agoraphobes, and people who just sit in front of their keyboards hoping to at least be in the running for the "Benevolent Master Self-Absorbed Pseudo-Deity" award?
