A list just like this sure helped me in coming to terms with my ex husband. A list like this, along with a website for abused women who blame themselves, along with some pretty intense therapy, allowed me to start moving forward.
Threads like this are difficult for me because so much light is made of some of the very serious issues presented in such lists. I realize it's my own issue, but I'd say anyone who has not been intimately involved with an actual sociopath should count their blessings.
