It is as fantasy as two people want to make when it works well and then when there are problems within the relationship it suddenly becomes not quite as binding. You are, of course, free to use words how you wish, but just because you do not accept slavery as a permanent state does not mean that others agree with you.
When I take a slave, it is for life. I alter my final testament to provide for her after my passing. I become responsible for her in all ways, until she dies. It is simply as it is.
