No, it's an act of stowing away. They have to try and seize cotrol of the ship or steal something for it to be piracy.

Fuckin' Greenpeace... They do love a spectacle. I'd say send in some private security, armed with mace-filled paintball guns. The thing already has a place to land the helicopter. If they put up any resistance at all, it does become piracy, but mace the fuckers one way or another.

FR It's a damn shame that people bastardise the best of causes. Charity for the rich, cap and trade for the environmentalists, shall I go on ? Nothing is going to get straightened out until we get rid of a hell of alot of people.
