My comment, I agree.

I don't think it will make any differance who runs against Oblunder, he's going to lose anyway. He's fucking terrable!
Now if Chris Christy of N.J. runs it'll be a turkey shoot. If he has Alan West as V.P. it'll be a slaughter.
Hey, maybe Oblunder will sue a few more states like he's doing to Arizona! Missouri? Michigan? Pennsylvania? California?

Splitting the idiot vote, can't hurt.

Sanity -> RE: Run Donald, ruuunn............ (4/21/2011 2:05:01 PM)

Good point, with any luck Hillary will run

If she does she'll win the nomination at the DNC.

mnottertail -> RE: Run Donald, ruuunn............ (4/21/2011 2:07:46 PM)

Limbaugh the idiot tried to muster his marauding band of idiots to split that vote once, with Hillary,  I don't think it is wise for the right to attempt it again, it didn't work out at all like they wanted it to.

Oblunder won't have the "college vote" like he did the last time.
"Are you better off now than you were four years ago?"

mnottertail -> RE: Run Donald, ruuunn............ (4/21/2011 2:17:13 PM)

It is as simple as what simpleass can the GOP put up that could glean more than 5% of the vote?

Obama is the only one running in 2012, anyone else is a throw away, so he wouldnt need the college vote, but if we were to ask that question, it would fall squarely on the republicans and they aint going to see any votes at all.

You keep telling yourself that.
What do you tell yourself if you graduated from college two years ago and you're *still* working in a low-paying "wage slave" job?

mnottertail -> RE: Run Donald, ruuunn............ (4/21/2011 3:09:01 PM)

You tell yourself that the republicans at those times favored shipping those jobs overseas and were yelling outsourcing like they are yelling DON'T TAX US, IT AFFECTS OUR MILLION DOLLAR BONUSES.

While Oblunder wants another "free-trade" deal with S. Korea.

I'm better off now than I was 2 years ago. If things keep going for another 2 years, the business may just be ok. I'm not saying Obama had squat to do with it, just stating facts on the ledger.

A point which is obvious to anyone with an IQ in double digits...I will not speculate on why popeye and sanity are printing up campaign t-shirts.

tazzygirl -> RE: Run Donald, ruuunn............ (4/21/2011 10:24:19 PM)

No clue. She wont divide the party. But, I am in hopes for '16. They may be false hopes, but they are mine.

SexyBossyBBW -> RE: Run Donald, ruuunn............ (4/21/2011 10:53:17 PM)

Mr bad hair said something very enticing today... http://reliant.newsvine.com/_news/2011/04/21/6509744-poll-donald-trump-a-democratic-shill
quote:

Recall that Donald Trump was a Presidential Contender once before as an independent. At that time he was in favor of a one time 14% Wealth tax on the rich to help eliminate the deficit; he was a proponent of a Single Payer Healthcare System, and was Pro-Choice. Clearly more Liberal than many of those in the Democratic Party are now. Of course he claims to have flip-flopped on all those issues now, but that is not the most damning evidence.

First consider, after almost three years of bunking and refuting the Birther claim that President Obama was not born in the United States, the topic would not die. It kept raising its head over and over again. But up steps Donald Trump with his over the top and embarrassing adoption of the Birther claim. Donald is so brash that the Main Stream Media put more effort into rebutting the claim, and as The Donald rises in the Primary polls it becomes and embarrassment to the GOP while disaffecting Independent Voters. Voila, with in two months, Carl Rove, Bill O'Rilly and Michele Bachman have all refuted the claim as false on camera.

Then The Donald comes out endorsing vigorous action to bring back jobs to the U.S. from overseas. The issue of creating more job in the Untied States is of such profound interest to the American people that this plan even gets the endorsement of MSNBC's Ed Schultz (a devout Leftie). What is this plan? The Donald would place a 25% excise tax on goods brought into the U.S. when the manufacture of those goods had been outsourced. Bringing, he claims, jobs back to the U.S. and raising revenue in the process. But Donald, as a GOP candidate you must never endorse raising taxes and worst of all you can not put into the minds of the American People the idea that raising taxes can ever be beneficial. If the idea that all taxes are not inherently evil ever catches on what will become of the GOP "Tax Cuts are the Answer" mantra.

To add insult to injury, there is Donald's assertion that he would not follow the Paul Ryan Plan and would not cut Medicare. He is undermining the GOP campaign strategies at every turn. It is clear to me that The Donald is a Democratic Shill. A Progressive Political Mole. A Manchurian Pre-Candidate for Left Wing.
That jobs bit, is very compelling to many people. It may very well make them forget that the man with bankruptcies, and talking out of both sides of his mouth, is a flake.

...And I agree with you Hlen5, regarding the CNN article.
I think he may become the GOP frontrunner, because the other candidates are not particularly lovable, and this country really loves/values celebrities. M

I do think that is the plan...and barring any health issues...she will.

hlen5 -> RE: Run Donald, ruuunn............ (4/22/2011 1:06:38 AM)

The fact that Hillary said she won't be in Obama's (possible) 2nd administration is not reassuring. I don't want her splitting the ticket.

What I got from the article is that the anemic Republican field of candidates are having to put out the Donald's firesinstead of being more proactive. He is gumming up the works for them. I hope he keeps it up!!

EternalHoH -> RE: Run Donald, ruuunn............ (4/22/2011 11:15:20 AM)

We're not done with Palin yet.  She doesn't like it when the media she hates ignores her.  Many of her 'car wreck spectators' have switched over to the Donald's TV show for the time being, and she wont tolerate that for long.
