My thought is that you shouldn't insult someone else's grammar when you don't appear to know the difference between "you're" and "your."  Unless you enjoy looking like an idiot.  In that case, carry on.

actually it could just be that the first reply was sarcastic. hence pointing out the op's spelling mistakes and such, but also the fact that there are alot of people who think they have the right to put people down when they can't, or choose not to, write as they do themself.

while i don't know why the op is posting this in here, apparently after such a long time after the incident, i don't see why people have to constantly bash people who don't write as well as they want them too.

already today i have seen a newbie poster picked on for their lack of punctuation and such. strangely i never have a problem reading what others write. maybe it says alot more about the pickers and pokers than the ones who they pick and poke at. it's only a forum guys, not a cv, get over it and accept that some people can't or choose not to write in the wy you want them too. if you don't understand them ask questions until you do. or simply move on. it is a bit much when you have no idea what problems they may have with writing.

Yes the spelling/grammar police are out in full force. You called them, not me.

Alot of people fuck things up here. Usually it just slides because most realize that we are not all that well educated in this country. The most exemplary literary skills seem to be displayed by those using English as a second or third language.

However, when you take to criticising these things here you might open a Pandora's box. Judge not lest ye be judged yourself.

By posting, you can start a war or a fellowship. So let this thread die and try again. Really, as said, post something about which you do give a shit. Better luck next time.
