So does anyone else tie rope around themselves, put clothing over it, and go about your business? Right now i have a belt wrapped around my thigh with thumb tacks in it, but what else are good ideas when it comes to and self bondage?

also im a masochist, so any other ideas to infect pain on myself would be much welcome!

There are rope harnesses designed specifically to dig in when you move a certain way, at least for women. I don't really know about for men because that's never really been my kink, but I imagine they're out there. Not sure how much pain you're looking for, but that could be a good place to start. Cheap, fun, and a good challenge for your knot-tying abilities.

I have a tack-bra, a sports bra with the cups lined with neoprene from an old wetsuit with tacks pushed through it. They stick out far enough to cause discomfort but not harm and I can wear it everywhere but through the airport metal detector; I imagine you could do something similar with a jock.

Hot sauce in your underwear comes to mind.

Here's a couple i used to do...

Pepper Spray something, then wear it. Socks are easy, since they won't be noticable to anyone but you. Not really bondage, but should still get your masochistic side running.

Ice Cuffs. This isn't something you can actually do in public, but i used to have this set of hand cuffs, but it had a black PVC tube about 12 inches long between the cuffs. One cuff detatched from the device, and at the end of it was the key, but it was held about 6 inches deep in the tube. What you did was fill the tube with water, and place the key inside. Toss it in the freezer for about 3-4 hours (untill it was sure to be frozen solid). Then, when you lock the cuffs on, you won't getg out of them until the water thawed. The one i had had the PVC tube insulated, as well. You were sure to be stuck for around two hours.

Have fun.

Be cautious with pepper spray and have some ice cream on hand if you decide to try it.   The slightest amount on the sinuses or genitals could be quite nasty and cause a chemical burn.  In addition, water only spreads the irritating agent while a milk product such as ice cream helps to neutralize it so it can then be washed off.

There are sorts of good concepts for self bondage with ice.   The best I have heard of is freezing a key to the lock or handcuffs in ice with a string tied to your finger and the key in the ice block.  You can't get out until it melts, but the key won't drop to where you can't get it if it's on a lanyard of some form.

Not trying to disrespect you in any way...but it's Pepper Spray...It causes checmcal burns...That is it's point.

However, each person is able to take the burn in different amounts. I used to be able to spray it into the palm of my hand, jerk off with the hand i sprayed it in, and still be fullfilled afterwords.

(Yes, i was a sad, sad little boy, but it's true.)

Anyways, it is something that each persons skin will take differently...Be VERY causious...It can be dangerous, however, i was young once, and ALOT stupider than i am now...And i did it to myself....And i was fine, and still am fine. It just depends on how much you realistically can take as far as pain, and potential allergic reactions go.

No disrespect taken and I think this is a good discussion to have.  Many folks on the more extreme side play with stun guns from time to time, I could easily see them considering this in play as well.

Candle wax causes a physical burn, but few call it that due to the level of severity when they are using the right wax (the wrong wax will leave 2nd or 3rd degree burns.)

Given your age, what irritating agent were you using.....tear "gas"/ mace (e.g. CN/ CS type agents) or pepper (e.g. an OC type agent) when you were a kid?  Pepper is OC which is a far nastier agent and using it in the way you describe (especially the canisters with high concentrations) could equal chemical burns in need of a visit to the doctor.

Almost all of today's chemical sprays have OC in them.   Even the "Mace" sprays are usually "Mace +P" which is a CN and OC mixture.   Ironically, the military is still using CN only as it's riot control agent and what they use is so weak that a motivated individual can fight through it without protection.

Not sure. I had sticky fingers as a kid, and i stole it. It was mailman mace. The kind they use to fend off dogs when they walk mail through local routes...So whatever kind that is is what i used.

*EDIT*

Looked up the answer (sort of) on my own. Apparently "mailman mace" is merely a mild pepper spray, so i wasn't using anything too harsh, apparently.

My minimal research comes from here-------> http://www.answerbag.com/q_view/462/

Okay you pervs...self bondage (just let me point out they need a female for this input, okay. . . )

Stockings, hot, tight, pantyhose type stockings worn under your normal clothes the entire time you are at work.

A corset, same as above, except you may only make it til noon. For shame and punishment expected for this infraction.

Nipple clamps...nipple clamps should be applied under your clothing and worn while at work for one hour, at most. (Please note, nipple clamps can lessen the nipple's sensitivity and cause lasting damage.) Do not, under any circumstances, wear them more than one hour. This means YOU, perv !!

A cock ring can be worn the entire time you are at work. It should be comfy. Consult Xtreme Restraints or some other well known web for details. The ring should fit well.

Do not attempt actual bondage unless you know how to tie yourself up.Consult http://www.knottyboys.com/ to learn more about safe rope work.

Good luck and may I say...I feel your pain.

You are both intelligent, and witty, and i really do enjoy reading Your Posts, but my pepper spray/mace ideal wasn't too out there, i didn't thtink. i was just sort of lead off-topic a bit. i really wasn't trying to sexuallize it.

I may have missed it, but I didn't see self bondage on their website nor in their list of workshops or books and most of their techniques would be a bit intricate for self.   There are several websites dedicated to sane self bondage including the use of ice timers.   I played around with it a few years back, but haven't in a while so I really can't suggest any particular web sites now.

They're called timecuffs.

Actually for the experience as you go to work or something chastity devices work pretty well. Especially if you happen to get horny. If it is strict enough it gives the right amount of distraction and with any luck you can do everything, well except for one. Thing that is.

Actually many types of restrictive clothing could work for some. Small butterfly nipple clamps taped down might do the trick. Anything constricting an "appendage" or in an orifice could serve the purpose as well.

Or a pebble in the shoe.
