If Karl Rove got away with blatantly blowing a CIA counter-terrorism operation (Valerie Plame), I'm not sure if going against bigger targets like Cheney or W would get very far, at least in this country.

No.Being a bumbling idiot and quite possibly the worst President ever does not reach the threshold required to bring a charge of treason. Now if you want to discuss some other members of his administration.........perhaps a case can be made.Surely there were some felonious acts committed amongst that collection of keystone kops .
