Yesterday, we celebrated the Equinox by getting out there and tilling. A lot. Then we dug and formed up the bed for my herb garden - so far, I have sprouts for chives, basil, oregano, parsley, sage, thyme, lavender, and chamomile. In the veggie area, we already have onions, green cabbage, red cabbage, some lettuce that doesn't look like it favored the cold snap we just came out of, spinach, broccoli, and strawberries, with plans for corn, yellow squash, cukes, more lettuce, probably pumpkins, and some other stuff (I dunno yet). PLUS, we have transplanted two rosebushes, several young trees, and have plans for at least two flowerbeds.
