Collarme provides you with that information in the topic called Frequently Asked Questions. You will find a link that will lead you to the munches in your search area.

Someone who lists himself as an expert in public play should certainly be familiar with how to find munches and dungeons in his area, or so it would seem to me. Perhaps you should reevaluate some of those fields of expertise that you checked in the list.

It depends on the level of "play" you are seeking

However fet life is an awesome resource... and there are over 15 events in the philly area monthly... most of the time its close to 20
