Between the mail room and the forums, a good 4-6 hours per day.
Usually I have around three windows open and often I am multi tasking with some non-online things. <Eating dinner or doing grunt work on my Pokemon game, like hatching eggs>
I'll leave the computer on while doing laundry, and sit down and start reading as each batch of clothing is folded and put away and I'm waiting for the next. I check my mail when waking up and before going to bed. (A lot of time is spent in the mail room, answering letters and sending ones out to friends. I think I have a rep for "epic posting" and letters I send out are more of the same.)
If a favorite old forum hadn't been hacked (was on EZ Board) and shut down, I would likely be spending most of my time there as the regulars were sort of a second family to me. Since I used to mod there, I spent a good eight hours per day...I spend a lot less time here at CM.
If my butt didn't get numb in this chair, I'd might spend even more time here, lol.
