I don't know about you people, but I only like the soft-served stuff. It's like an adventure and a treat at the same time.

buy rock sugar crystals, mix with dry peppermint leaves in an airtight glass jar for a while. then mix through an 'nilla icecream as and when. gives great taste and texture.

personally i love ben and jerry's. cherry garcia and maccadamia are my favorites.

TCBY if I have the choice. Although the folks that own the local franchise are getting older and they now close earlier each winter and open later each spring. Chocolate with hot fudge, mmm.
