To visit, i am not much of a site seer but some of the places i would love to explore is Italy, a safari in Africa and Australia,  I am a big resort person as in give me the beach, a sailboat, and all inclusive lol and i am happy.  I wouldn't mind doing spa week in places like Greece or Japan.  The water is my love though, to me sight seeing is seeing what's beneath the ocean.

As for living -- my dream is to have a house with big huge glass windows facing the ocean -- so on the beach lol.   But i also would love my house to be a log cabin -- so maybe a log cabin with a back of windows on the beach.  lol  Yeah, i'll let you know when i get my dream.

I'd like to drive around the world on a winding course through the US, then ship the car across to tour Europe, Russia, China, and back down the AlCan highway.

I wouldn't mind living in San Francisco for a while.

Gosh, there are too many to list! In each place I would love to see the landscape first hand. No photograph captures the complete beauty of a place. So in no particular order...

Ireland -the greenery, cottages, sheep herding, castles
South Africa - awesome vistas, wild animals seen on safari
Japan - during cherry blossom season, the country and cities, temples
India - to see the Taj Mahal and visit Dharamsala
Australia - probably would have to spend a couple of months or more to see everything I want to see here! The Great Barrier Reef, Sydney, just everything!
Bhutan - one of the hospitals I used to work at had a somewhat informal gallery down a long hallway, whose walls they used to display art from local artists...one of displays was comprised of photographs from that region...just beautiful...I've wanted to see the place ever since.
China - the Great Wall, to experience Chinese New Year there
Greece - the coastal regions, they look jaw dropping
Egypt - all of the ancient stuff, the pyramids, the Sphinx, the Nile
The Grand Canyon & surrounding areas like the Painted Desert and the Moab Desert
Sequoia National Forest - to see the trees of course!
Québec City - the older areas are said to be quite beautiful

There are just so many more, but that's the start of it. :)

We've got a lovely Irish couple staying at the hotel right now.. and he is a tour operator, covering Ireland and Scotland.. not that I didnt ALREADY want to go, but listening to him tell stories about tours, and groups, he's taken make me want to go even more.. and (much against my usual deisre) to go one of his tours!

Bali, also.. }

Having just finished reading a biography of David Niven, I want to go to Cote D'Azur also.

Hehe, I'd read this thread before, but when I just saw the thread title, I immediately thought of the first time I did mescaline, and the time I had "Holy Acid". That was some rare, special stuff, from the Brotherhood of Eternal Love, same people who brought Orange Sunshine to the world.

how about you?  Where would you visit? perhaps live?

We are busy visiting the national parks in the US.  When we are done with all those in the west we'll switch to national monuments and state parks.  I want to see my own wonderful diverse country before headed overseas.  Since I expect that will take longer than I have left, I will see what I can of the US.

We already live in the most wonderful place.  We live in our motor home full time.  It's our perfect home.  No matter where we are, we are still home.  I get to sleep in my own bed whether we are attending a BDSM camping event in WA, parked on Gary's acreage in MT, parked at our site at an RV park in AZ, or even just to take a nap at a highway reststop.  I never would have imagined that I would enjoy this way of life so much.  I have been on the road for 5 years now and Gary is in his 21st year of full time RV living.

I spent 20some years driving truck, and have travelled 48states, and most of Canada, so I REALLY want to spend time overseas.  I've spent 6 weeks in the Netherlands (and want to go again), a day in Paris (I want way moreb of France), and to visit all of the Continent.

I want to visit islands and everywhere else!   The Earth is an amazing place, and I want to explore as much of it as I can/...
