Hey, I need some quick help! I have a sub coming over in 5 hours who gave me the green light to push their limits/do whatever I want. And although I wouldn't normally need help in this area...they have hinted that they extremely want to stay away from oral and sex and have a low pain tolerance. So how do I make their first time good for me and them? Mostly me. lol Suggestions/list of things to do would work great, thanx!

Wow, that's not much information to go on. If the person isn't into pain, how about some sensation play with ice, hot wax, etc.? It would help to know what the person likes and what his/her soft limits are. Push the soft limits but not the hard ones.

sounds like you two need a lot a lot a lot of communication first since you don't seem to have any kind of clue at all. Even casual play needs to be talked about so you both understand what can and can't be done.

If you didn't know what you wanted to do with her, why did you ask her to come over in the first place? Hopefully, she'll have the brains to realize that you don't know and will turn straight around back out the door before any harm is done.

All right, I will give you the honest stab it this time. Echoing another poster here... you two really should just talk. Learn how well, if at all, she responds to your D energy. If she is receptive to your D and you her /s then just indulge a little power play. Grab her hair, take control, pin her to a wall. See how she responds to your power and control. Do some primal play... if the hair pulling, wall pinning and other hands on stuff goes well, do some power struggle games. If sex is off the table, and it seems so, if you can control yourself, give her some old clothes, get in the floor and wrestle for control. Rip her clothes off and see how she responds... but only if you can maintain. YMMV
