logging in to mail (Full Version)

Is anyone else having problems logging in to the mail section of collarme?
I even tried starting a new account.

Any suggestions...cant contact support because it isnt registering I have an
account....ugg

Please pm me if you are having problems, so you can tell my why or how you cant get into the account and we can discuss last time you accessed etc.

It wont let PM you (lmao)...keeps bringing me to the log in page...uggg
I havent been able to log in to my mail since the 24th of Feb.
I tried dumping cookies and restoring my pc to a previous date.
I tried a new name and its not registering that either.
Also made sure no one put a filter on without me knowing.
I'm at a loss now what to try.

If you loiok at the bottom of the box here it has a pm button does that not work for you?

okay that's messed up let me start the new account but still wont
let me access the mail page...frustrating

OK, JUST FOR THIS CONVERSATION, i just started VideoAlpha on yahoo messenger. To all others, this is not my real account, I dont even use yahoo, so if you ping it to hell and back I will not be using it again after this . Probably not.  The user should write to Support on the other side.  Support should be able to see if there is a problem with the account and help them from there.

Support on the other side about account probs, doesnt often work.

no offense to admin on this side.

i continually reported the same prob for over a year, before it was eventually sorted.

I would hope that people would give it a chance.  Many changes have been made, in many areas, over time.
