OK first of all, this is not an intentional dig at right wingers, conservatives or teapartiers.or even moderates!
This is about one person and one person only
Of course I cannot "rule" what people write but I would like it to keep to the subject
Glenn Beck
Joe Scarborough, had a section today about Glenn beck losing it on air, then has a discussion with several pundits/ chatters/peeps including a blog by a conservative chap and Pat Buchanan.
I have noticed fewer and fewer people stand behind the guy, and certainly not agreeing with his rantings.
We have stories of his low ratings, his show in wisconsin being canceled and various other stories. Is the man going the way of a serious medical intervention?
I think the guy is a raving frothing twit, but Im not taking any pleasure in seeing his mental health go awry.

He's a twat who can't pull off a limbaugh...a failed infotainer

Elisabella -> RE: Is Beck Losing it? (2/26/2011 7:37:59 PM)

Haha it reminds me of that movie where Mel Gibson played a crazy conspiracy guy

I never even heard of him until 2009 when somebody wrote that he was crying. I had to go see that. He seemed to be crying but was such a bad actor...I started to laugh. He seems more the frustrated comedian who is ridiculous funny and not very often.

However, when it comes to his political rant, I just don't see how anybody can take this man seriously.

...and if I am not mistaken, the big difference is that in the movie...Gibson was right.

Nah I think he just said so many things that probability decreed one of them had to be right.

Broken clock being right and stuff.

EternalHoH -> RE: Is Beck Losing it? (2/26/2011 8:23:33 PM)

And then you have Palin who said during her book tour that Palin/Beck should be 'a ticket', and Bachmann who thinks Beck can solve our fiscal ills using only his chalkboard.

Conservatives are not done 'weeding them out' yet.

Arpig -> RE: Is Beck Losing it? (2/26/2011 8:31:33 PM)

Palin/Beck???? Oh dear god please tell me this isn't a ticket that is seriously considered!!!!

I do. Karma always reassures me that the universe is working exactly the way it is supposed to work.

For political runners...I like Harold Stassen 4/07 to 4/01 (he ran for U.S. president nine times between 1948 and 1992) so I don't care.

Let them run. They will never win the nomination, create some jobs (if very temporary) add more tax cash flow, everybody parties and then they all go home.

Real0ne -> RE: Is Beck Losing it? (2/27/2011 5:37:12 AM)

typical media double tali.

accuse him of conspiracy theory and at the same time state few things are as they appear.

yeh I fell for it how about you  LOL

Lucy, you're talking two different things.  You're talking about his mental state, and you're also talking about his ratings.

I'm not addressing his mental state, but the ratings slide is inevitable.  He's got to compete with Palin, Bachmann, etc., as well as Coulter and Limbaugh, who are also fading.  Plus I imagine that conservative talking heads might be getting valued partly on novelty, in which case they would burst onto the scene, shine for a while, and then fade away.

<Sarcasm font here>
But Lucy, how can his mental health be in any sort of jeopordy? After all he has the great forensic psychiatrist Keith Ablow in his corner... . In case you have missed it, they have written a book together. [8|]

Don't you have to have it before you can lose it?
