There's video/chat features over on the collarme side in the left column - have you tried that? (I haven't, so that's all the help I can give you :)

I see in your profile that you are looking for dominant women so suggest you check out the Ask A Mistress section, starting with the FAQs. (You may wish to consider the wisdom of referring to dominant women as "girls". There's been a thread on this recently.
