i attempted this Wafflenchcake concept this morning, it ended up being a bit of a struggle and kind of messy, but i managed. Next time, less "ench" in my Wafflenchcake, i think.

I have my own belgian waffle maker, and I do make them from scratch.  But I have so little room in my kitchenette that it's easier to buy the cinnamon eggos.  With butter and real maple syrup if I have some on hand.  If not, the Aunt Jemima butter syrup. 

I find pancakes too "doughy".  But french toast are also a favorite, and I've got many recipes for stuffed french toast.  Have to try those out one of these days.

Most likely pancakes. With chocolate chips, or banana nut ones wouldn't hurt, either.

But sometimes waffles are ok.

And i do like me some crepes, too.

And french toast.

Dang! Can i have just a few more minutes to look at the menu, please? [:D] [8D]

lazy woman's waffles (ie. haven't got enough ingred's).

make french toast, pop in the waffleiron. voila! cirspy with little dips for the syrup!
