I checked your profile, to see if you are in the UK., but you aren't. :( I wanted to know if from seeing the pay rates in the UK seem low to them or if the conversion rate works out in the end?

Here's one that is dirt simple.....you input your present location and income then tell it where you want to move to and it will tell you how much you need to make to live comparably. Then make any additional adjustments you feel necessary from there. The samples I ran are surprisingly accurate based on actual knowledge of the comparisons.
