On his radio show today, Glenn Beck claimed that the Republican Party is out to politically assassinate him, Sarah Palin, and Michele Bachmann. Beck asked, “Anyone who talks about freedom, or is a real wild card that could hurt the party, are they being politically assassinated at this point?”
I have to say I really dont blame the GOP, but who else will have them??
they are their (gop)own spawn and putting them in charge of the tea-party was a crappy idea to begin with.

Seems to me they are their own worst enemies and I feel as sorry for them as I do rapists and pedophiles.

pray tell why anyone needs to be bitter or jealous of any  of them????
I think you are projecting, they have no impact on my daily life beyond derision and snarks. and wont affect me in any way beyond making themselves and their supporters look like the crap they truly are.

Seeing as Beck himself said all this, I dont think he believes what he just wrote, because its just a ridiculous assertion, even for him(servent)

I suppose this was to be expected. The Tea Party is going through convulsions now. They came in with a mission, to remake the GOP and the political landscape. The GOP is trying to both work with the TP and also appeal to the critical independents, and the easiest way to do that is to seduce the Tea Party into becoming more moderate.

This also fits O'Donnell's complaint that the GOP wasn't helping her.

It's going to be a wild two years.


The GOP should have heeded HP Lovecraft's advice - Never bring anything up that you cannot later put down.

If you look at Beck's biography, he admits to lots of pot and Jack Daniels during his "AM rock and roll DJ days"

So, yes, pride and honesty DO work together.

If you don't think he is still drinking and getting high then the only other alternative is he is completely insane.
