I just wanted to apologize to someone I met here online.  This site can really make you jaded and I don't want to be that way.  I often see people post their bitter comments on profiles and it's just not worth it.  However, I recently fell into the same trap after speaking to a bad person,  I met someone else from our community. I  was a bit impatient  and thought I was being toyed with.  Anyway, I went off on them harshly and we exchanged words  and I  came to discover that they actually are extraordinary.  We may not ever speak again, but I am very sorry if I hurt you. I don't take pleasure in that. I know I didn't have to make a public apology, but I  just wanted to show that it's  sincere. I wish you the best in your search.

lemme see if I understand this...You read others profiles and see them lambaste others for whatever reasons. So you think to yourself "that is so childish i really dont understand how ppl can act this way" <frankly I agree with those thoughts> BUT you go ahead and act the very same way... <Akin to a 5 year old stomping and stuff.

So basically you act like a 5 years old and expects the adults reading your lame post to care that your immature???

Not in this lifetime. BadOne

Keep apologies short and forget the explanation or was it trying to justify one's actions as well. They are best left unsaid as they show just how weak you really are not to mention insecure.

I hope the injured party can read your apology, but you might be blocked or hidden from view.  Your thread topic will not be.

Sorry to hear that you have burned your bridges.

its a common enough thing to get jaded here, so dont beat youreself up on this.  lesson learnt i suppose.  we can get twitchy sometimes.

on the whole public apologies dont tend to go down well on here, for some reason - its all a learning curve.

Nobody is immune from being human. Ignor the bums and other cynics who fail to realize that. It takes great courage to apologize to someone and I admire you for having such courage. I hope things work out.
