Salsify: when they are taken out of the field it looks like a giant brownish radich, when they are cleaned and peled they look like asparagus.I dont like them much but i can eat them with this recipe: Cook salsify in boiling water,when they are ready, prepare a white sauce with fresh dragon and some lemon juice. Mix the sauce with the vegetable and put them in the oven for 15 minutes. I dont know the equivalency of temperature between Farenheit and celcius so i can not tell you more about it. Fried oysters: not american oyster they are too big , but some marene oleron (french one) yes with some cheese and champagne sauce put in the oven (once again) what about: chiken tikka masala with savage rice and mango chutney or strawberry with red wine, chopped mint and pepper?
